Something that is very simple, and legal (until the playoffs), is to put some beads, pebbles, or something similar into a milk jug or 12 ounce water bottle. Get about 50 people with these, shaking at the same time is a great way to add a little noise to the game. Add it to the stomping, clapping, and cheering..GO CATS!
